When working on hybrid and electric vehicles as well as HV components, it is imperative that the entire system is de-energized before. Only specially qualified personnel may be employed for this work. The AVL DITEST Training Kit is specifically developed for exemplifications and training purposes. All required measurements can, in compliance with the safety rules, be performed without any risk. DC voltage and isolation resistance can be simulated.
The schematic representation facilitates an understanding of the involved systems and the recognition of measuring sequences. In addition to training this mobile unit can also be used as show case for customers and at fairs.

Touching energized HV components may, depending on the duration and amount of current received, lead to death.
HV current danger to the technician:

SAFETY GUIDELINES
Safety regulations need to be adhered to in order to protect people and the vehicle during all maintenance and repair work.

- Unlocking
- Confirm no voltage in all HV parts and document
- Secure against reconnection
- Perform isolation measurement before restart

REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT SERVICE
With our replacement equipment service you will normally receive replacement equipment as part of the 24h exchange service. This is state-of the art, not only in terms of appearance, but also technically. The replacement equipment service also gives a six-month service guarantee on all replacement equipment.
REPAIR SERVICE
All products not covered by the replacement equipment service, are covered by the repair service. After carrying out a fault inspection, we will prepare a non-binding cost estimate for you. In order to avoid downtime, we can offer you rental equipment, so that work in your workshop can continue uninterrupted.
CALIBRATION SERVICE
Our calibration agreements are optimally aligned for the relevant product. This service not only covers any costs incurred, but also provides you with a manufacturer's guarantee for the entire term of the agreement. Protect your budget planning against any unpleasant surprises!
GAS CALIBRATION
The gas calibration of the emission analysers is carried out by highly qualified service technicians. This means you will not need to stock calibration gases or calibration valves.
ELECTRICAL CALIBRATION
Our electrical measurement equipment is delivered factory-calibrated and we also offer regular calibration with an upgrade package for your measuring devices.
